30-Day Easy Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not happy, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

What Can Be Returned

✅ Unused products in original packaging
✅ Items that arrived damaged or defective

What Cannot Be Returned

❌ Items used or worn
❌ Products without original packaging
❌ Custom or personalized items
❌ Items damaged by misuse

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us first - Email help@lazira.shop with your order number
  2. Get return instructions - We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
  3. Package securely - Use original packaging when possible
  4. Ship it back - Follow our return shipping instructions

Return Shipping

  • Defective items: We pay return shipping
  • Change of mind: You pay return shipping costs
  • Wrong item sent: We pay return shipping

Refunds

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund method: Same payment method you used to purchase
  • Partial refunds: May apply if item isn't in perfect condition

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order for what you want

Damaged or Defective Items

Got something damaged or wrong? Contact us immediately at help@lazira.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Late Returns
