How to Return an Item
- Contact us first - Email help@lazira.shop with your order number
- Get return instructions - We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
- Package securely - Use original packaging when possible
- Ship it back - Follow our return shipping instructions
Return Shipping
- Defective items: We pay return shipping
- Change of mind: You pay return shipping costs
- Wrong item sent: We pay return shipping
Refunds
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Same payment method you used to purchase
- Partial refunds: May apply if item isn't in perfect condition
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order for what you want
Damaged or Defective Items

We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Late Returns
